YOUR ROLE
The increasing complexity of Automotive application, driven by car electrification, pushed the industry to innovative technology solutions (both at silicon design and package level) that are challenged by the severe Automotive quality targets. The Quality and Reliability Engineer goal is to:
* ensure the quality and reliability of new products and transferchange for old products
* apply ST and Customer procedure for product reliability evaluation
* define and to negotiate with divisions and Customer the qualification plan and stress test conditions
* assess process change for products already in volume production and prepare the qualification plan
* develop new reliability stresstrials to cope with new Automotive applications
* Master problem solving techniques and statistical data analysis
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
* Electronics and Physics Background
* Skill in Data Analysis, Synthesis and problem solving
* Proactive approach, communication, creativity, teamwork and negotiation ability
